Refunds
Generally speaking, we do not accept refunds after purchase if not a quality problem. There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:
1. All your packages were missing during transit
2. We rejected your order due to various reasons
Once above situations are confirmed by us, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be exactly same as the amount you paid.
The refund can be sent back only to the original payment method and funds are usually available within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mexvo.com@gmail.com.
Alternative options
Instead of full refund, we can send you new machine again for free if you never received your order due to shipping company reasons. No extra costs paid by you!
Returns
Obtain pre-authorization for returns from Mexvo by contacting your representative. Should you not have an assigned representative, please contact us at mexvo.com@gmail.com.
The return shipment arrangement, round-trip shipping cost and customs taxes are at the expense of the customer.
The buyer need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging of a product for 7 days after receiving it.
Damage of the equipment due to unauthorized product modifications, improper voltage supply, abuse, improper packaging, or inappropriate use/use prior to being trained by an authorized Mexvo is not covered by this warranty.
Items returned within the first 7 days without the original packaging or in used/not sellable condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Mexvo reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the condition of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging products for return to the Mexvo facility to avoid any possible damage during shipping transit. Any damage resulting from inappropriate packaging/insufficient protection inside the shipped box is at fault of the customer. Each accessory must be packed individually and carefully protected with bubble wrap, styrofoam, or a similar material and any screen on the unit must also be carefully covered during transportation. Items returned must be tightly secured inside the package with accessories safely protected to avoid damage due to shifting during transportation.
Custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.
Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Any shipping and handling damages must be reported to Mexvo within 24 hours of receiving a product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
